The H. Pylori IgG/IgM Antibody Rapid Test (Colloidal Gold) is qualitative IVD rapid test for the detection of Helicobacter pylori IgM and IgG antibodies in whole blood, serum or plasma samples in vitro.
Helicobacter Pylori (H. Pylori) is a spiral or S-shaped, microaerophilic Gram-negative bacillus belonging to the genus Corydalis. H. Pylori specifically settles on the surface of human gastric mucosa. Under the suitable conditions, H. Pylori is screw type, and becomes spherical when it is unfavorable or aging.
Infection rate of people over 40 years old is more than 50%. H. Pylori is mainly transmitted from human to human through mouth-mouth, fecal-oral and endoscopic routes, and the spread of the phenomenon is reflected in the family.

Whole Blood
Whole blood can be used for test immediately.
Serum and Plasma
Plasma sample can be treated with heparin, sodium citrate, and EDTA. Serum or plasma sample can be stored at 2-8℃ for 8 days, at least 3 months below -18℃.
Do not repeated freezing and thawing. If there’s turbidity and sediment in sample, centrifuge it first. Take the clear liquid for testing.
