The H. Pylori Antigen Rapid Test (Colloidal Gold) is IVD rapid test for qualitative detection of H. Pylori antigen in stool specimen.
The H. Pylori Antigen Rapid Test (Colloidal Gold) detects H. Pylori Antigen through visual interpretation of color development on the internal strip. Anti- H. Pylori antibodies are immobilized on the test region of the membrane. During testing, the specimen reacts with anti- H. Pylori antibodies conjugated to colored particles and precoated onto the conjugate pad of the test. The mixture then migrates through the membrane by capillary action and interacts with reagents on the membrane. If there is sufficient H. Pylori Antigen in the specimen, a colored band will form at the test region of the membrane. The presence of this colored band indicates a positive result, while its absence indicates a negative result. The appearance of a colored band at the control region serves as a procedural control, indicating that the proper volume of specimen has been added and membrane wicking has occurred.

[MATERIALS PROVIDED]
1. Test devices individually foil-pouched with a desiccant and dropper.
2. Assay buffer.
3. Instruction manual for use.
[MATERIALS NOT PROVIDED BUT REQUIRED]
1. Specimen collection container, either plastic or class.
2. Timer.
3. Disposable gloves.
[ASSAY PROCEDURE]
1. Remove the test device from foil pouch by tearing along the notch.
2. Specimen collection. Please see also SAMPLE COLLECTION AND PREPARATION
3. Shake the sample collection device several times.
4. Holding the sample collection device upright, carefully unscrew the tip of collection device.
5. Squeeze 2-3 drops of the sample solution to the test sample well.
6. Read the test result in 15-20 minutes. Do not read after 20 minutes.
