Dengue is a virus transmitted by the Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes.Dengue is widely distributed in tropical and subtropical regions of the world. About 100 million people worldwide are infected each year.The typical symptoms of dengue infection are sudden onset of fever, intense headache, myalgia, joint pain and rash.There are currently four different serotypes known worldwide (dengue viruses 1, 2, 3 and 4).NS1 is present in high concentrations in the serum of dengue infected persons in the early clinical stage of the disease.In samples from people with primary or secondary dengue infection, the NSl antigen can be detected from the first day after the onset of fever up to 9 days.Usually in primary dengue infections, IgM antibodies are detectable between 5 and 10 days after the onset of the disease and IgG appears on day 14 and lasts for life.In secondary infections, IgM antibodies are not detectable until 4 to 5 days after the onset of the disease and IgG rises within 1-2 days of symptom onset and induces IgM response 20 days after infection.Our Dengue rapid test in vitro diagnostics manufacturers is a lateral flow chromatography immunoassay and the kit is a diagnostic device for qualitative testing.

1.Dengue NS1 & dengue igg igm rapid test                                                                                   

When NS1 antigen and IgG IgM antibodies in a sample react with gold particles labelled with dengue antibodies, as such specimens move along the dengue test kit, the dengue NS1, IgG and IgM antibody particle complexes are captured by the associated Dengue NS1 & dengue igg igm rapid test located in the show window of the Dengue NS1 & dengue igg igm rapid test at home , resulting in a light to dark red band in the test area of the dengue test kit. The intensity of the band will vary depending on the concentration present in the sample. The presence of any colour in the test area should be considered positive for NS1, IgG and IgM. A red control line should always appear in the test strip window to indicate that the Dengue NS1 & dengue igg igm rapid test device has been performed properly.

2.Dengue IgG  & IgM test  by ivd manufacturers (whole blood/serum/plasma) is a qualitative immunoassay for detecting dengue antibodies in whole blood, serum or plasma.

If the specimen contains dengue IgM antibodies, a coloured line will appear in the test line area 1 (IgM). If the specimen contains dengue IgG antibodies a coloured line appears in test line area 2 (IgG).If the specimen does not contain dengue antibodies, a coloured line will not appear in any of the test line area, which means a negative result.
